smoky pepper pineapple ice cream
- 1 pint premium coconut ice crea, softened slightly (can substitute vanilla)
- 1/2 cup The Gracious Gourmet Smoky Pepper Pineapple Spread, chilled
- 1 tablespoon rum (use coconut flavored run with vanilla ice cream)
- 2 tablespoons toasted, chopped macadamia nuts
- Stir together ice cream, Smoky Pepper Pineapple Spread and Rum. Transfer to a plastic container; cover and freeze until firm. Top with nuts and more Smoky Pepper Pineapple Spread, if desired.
