  1. 2 ripe Haas avocadoes; peeled and seeded
  2. 3 tablespoons The Gracious Gourmet Roasted
  3. Vegetable Tapenade
  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  5. 1 fresh jalapeno, minced*
  6. 1/8 teaspoon salt
  1. Mash avocados with a fork to form a coarse paste, leaving some small chunks. Stir in the Roasted Vegetable Tapenade, jalapeno, lime juice and salt. Let stand 10 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Taste and add more salt if needed.
  1. *For milder guacamole, use only ½ jalapeno. For spicier guacamole, use 2 jalapenos.
