roasted eggplant tapenade lamb burgers
  1. 1 pound ground lamb
  2. 1/3 cup The Gracious Gourmet Roasted Eggplant Tapenade
  3. 1 tablespoon Panko (Japanese-style) bread crumbs
  4. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  5. freshly ground black pepper
  6. 4 ciabatta rolls or hamburger buns, sliced
  1. Gently combine ground lamb, Roasted Eggplant Tapenade, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties. Grill or broil 4 to 5 minutes per side, turning once. Serve in rolls.
