mango pineapple shrimp tarts
- 1 package (15 count) Athens® Mini Fillo Shells, baked and cooled
- 3 tablespoons (approximately) whipped cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons The Gracious Gourmet Mango Pineapple Chutney
- 3 oz. cooked shrimp, coarsely chopped, or bay shrimp
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
- Spread inside of tart shells with scant 1/2 teaspoon cream cheese.
- Combine The Gracious Gourmet Pineapple Mango Chutney and shrimp, mound in tart shells. Sprinkle with chives.
Makes 15 appetizers (allow 2 – 3 per serving).
