ingredients

  • ½ cup The Gracious Gourmet® Hatch Chile Pesto
  • ½ pound penne, fusili or rotini pasta
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • pine nuts (optional as garnish)

instructions

  1. Cook pasta in plenty of salted boiling water until tender. Drain and return to the pot.
  2. Over medium heat, add ½ cup of The Gracious Gourmet® Hatch Chile Pesto and the cream to the pasta. Stir until well combined and hot, 2-3 minutes.
  3. Divide into four individual bowls and sprinkle each with a heaping tablespoon of parmesan. Garnish with toasted pine nuts if desired.
  4. Serve immediately.
