Mash avocadoes with fork or large spoon to form a coarse paste, leaving some chunks. Stir in Roasted Vegetable Tapenade, jalapeno, lime juice and salt. Let stand 10 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Taste, add more salt if desired.
Makes about 1-1/8 cups.
*For milder guacamole, use only 1/2 jalapeno. For spicy, use 2 jalapenos.
