Combine crab, avocado, hearts of palm, Spicy BBQ Glaze, sour cream and red onion. Arrange butter lettuce on plates. Combine olive oil and vinegar; season with salt and pepper. Drizzle onto lettuce. Divide crab salad onto lettuce; sprinkle with parsley.
Makes six 1st course servings.
Variation: Spicy Lobster Salad: substitute 1 pound lobster meat for crab.
