| 1/2 cup The Gracious Gourmet® Roasted Eggplant Tapenade |
| 2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
| 1/2 teaspoon fresh minced garlic |
| Pita chips and assorted crudite for dipping |

Combine Roasted Eggplant Tapenade, mayonnaise and garlic, stir together until smooth. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Serve with pita chips and assorted crudite. |

Makes about 2/3 cup dip. Dip can also be used as a sandwich spread.
