1/2 cup The Gracious Gourmet Roasted Eggplant Tapenade
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon fresh minced garlic
Pita chips and assorted crudite for dipping
Combine Roasted Eggplant Tapenade, mayonnaise and garlic, stir together until smooth. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Serve with pita chips and assorted crudite.
Makes about 2/3 cup dip. Dip can also be used as a sandwich spread.
