	1/2 cup The Gracious Gourmet Peach Apricot Spread
	1 tablespoon Grand Marnier (optional)
	1 pint premium vanilla ice cream, softened
	Stir Peach Apricot Spread and Grand Marnier into ice cream. Freeze until firm. Serve with biscotti or shortbread. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
